Regardless of how good a flyer you are, there will come a time when your model needs some TLC. Simply transporting a model from hanger to field can result in minor bumps and dents. Hard landings can often reveal construction shortcomings and the need for reinforcement and inflight failures of control surfaces, servos, engine, RX/TX frequently result in extremely hard "landings".
While it is always disappointing to see your perfect model succumb to the harsh effects of gravity, things are often not as bad as they first appear. Regardless of the construction type, it is likely that with a little knowledge, some patience and and some glue, your model can be restored to near pristine condition.
